What changes the quote
Six practical factors have the greatest effect.
Property size and room count. More rooms generally require more furniture, artwork, linen and installation time.
Full or partial staging. A complete vacant home needs a different inventory from a living room, dining room and main bedroom package.
Existing furniture. Occupied styling can use suitable pieces, but integration and preparation may require a more detailed plan.
Furniture scale. Large or architect designed rooms need appropriately scaled settings, rugs and artwork.
Access. Stairs, lifts, loading zones, long carries and restricted building access can change delivery requirements.
Campaign period and timing. Installation dates, extensions and the agreed collection point are included in the final scope.
