Clean prepared kitchen ready for property photography

Before installation

Preparation makes the final styling stronger.

Complete repairs, painting and deep cleaning before furniture arrives where possible. In occupied homes, personal items, excess furniture and daily products should be reduced so the new pieces can be integrated cleanly.

  • Finish visible maintenance
  • Confirm lift, loading and gate access
  • Remove excess furniture and personal items
  • Complete deep cleaning before install day
  • Allow clear access through entries and hallways

Timing the campaign

Contact us before photography is locked in.

More notice gives the best opportunity to inspect the property, confirm the scope and coordinate installation around the photographer and agent. Urgent requests can still be discussed, subject to availability and access.

  1. 01

    Photography date

The installation should be complete before the photographer arrives, with time for final checks.

  2. 02

    Launch date

The styling period should cover the expected online launch and initial open homes.

  3. 03

    Occupied property routine

Sellers receive practical guidance for maintaining the main rooms during inspections.

  4. 04

    Extension or collection

Any campaign extension should be arranged before the original collection date where possible.

Vacant and occupied homes

The preparation is different, but the goal is the same.

Every room should feel clear, appropriately scaled and ready to support the listing photography and buyer inspection.

How early should I enquire?

Contact us before photography is booked where possible. This allows time for inspection, quoting, preparation and installation planning.

Can you work directly with my agent?

Yes. We can coordinate with the homeowner, real estate agent, photographer, investor or developer as required.

What happens if the campaign runs longer?

Extension arrangements depend on availability and the original agreement. Contact us before the scheduled collection date to discuss the options.

Do I need to move out for occupied styling?

No. Occupied styling is designed for people who remain in the home, although some existing furniture and personal belongings may need to be stored during the campaign.
